Description These were meant to be adopts but I got carried away with backstories for them and surprise! Now they have heavy roles in kitvoren lore

Kitvorens are man-made monsters, created with the worst intentions by terrible people. These two experimental kitvorens were the result of those same people trying to play god even moreso than they had been, by giving divine powers to beasts.

Plague was the first. While previous kitvorens showed autonomy and could choose for themselves whether or not they wanted to kill, Plague was forced to be a killer. The scientists removed most senses and corrupted this kitvoren with fatal diseases rather than radiation. It can't see, hear, smell, or taste, and exists purely in the darkness of its own mind. As a result, it has no idea where its going or what it comes in contact with... and anything it touches dies shortly after.

This was a monster that could be manipulated with pain- a whip, a zap, anything to get it running forward into an enemy, just long enough to brush up against them. It has no concept of existence, and the creators saw it as perfection for their needs. However, it was a risk to them as well.

Seraph was created as a "cure" for Plague. It was given heightened senses and the power to know when someone is about to die, long before it happens, so that it can heal them and save their life. While this may have been a good thing for society, it was done with only the intent to protect the creators from Plague. Seraph spent its life in a cage, created much smaller and physically weaker than other kitvorens.

When the kitvorens finally escaped, it was Plague that freed Seraph, purely by accident, as it could only stumble around blindly. Being the only one able to survive a touch from Plague, Seraph guided it to safety. After that, it took up the role of being Plague's eyes and ears, ensuring no living creature came too close, while providing physical comfort.

Rumours of these two spread, and they became known as kitvoren gods.

Kitvorens are a closed species!
