Bruce Greenwood is credited as Cooper in Super 8. He did mocap for the alien. Hence the creature is referred to as Cooper

Well, biped literally translates as "two legs", but Cooper technically has six since his front legs separate. Besides, I always call Humans bipeds. It's more offensive. XD
Also, I LOVEEE the way you draw him!!! And as a final point, how do you know he's called Cooper? Was it in the special features of the blu-ray disk or something?

It was the alien's 'codename' during the production. He's also in credits lol (Bruce Greenwood did mocap).
Anyways this alien isn't...well, Cooper. It's my OC. Both of them guys are. They call him Rory. lol XD

I'm using the word in the human sense- anything they have not seen before which is, in their opinion, abnormal. If I believed Cooper to be a monster, surely that would make me a monster too?
I myself have fallen victim to the whole "not enough time" thing. Stupid exams. I wish I could have seen those strips!

Well, better question would be what don't I like. lol. But let me see... the story, the characters - i usually don't like kids in films but they were brilliant in this one, Joe in particular. I also like the overall oldschoolness and symbolism (not seen that much these days). And I love Cooper's design AND they way he works within the film as a character... meaning he's not the 'monster' people believe he is.
Every time I watch it I find new things. That's what I like about it as well. So yeah.

I have to give you recite for your/Cooper’s Interstellar Commutations Array. It is more advanced and better looking than ET’s "Phone Home" device.

That's hardly an interstellar communications array. He uses that..pile of comps and screens to keep tabs on what's going on around the world and most importantly on what's military doing as he doesn't want to be found.
