The scotsmen both meet up in the center post-haste. The bell barely just rung and already the two start pounding each other.

Finley goes on the defensive absorbing all of Scott's uppercuts and blows to his body. He retaliates with a harsh sidewinder smash to his ribs. Blood splurted out of Scott's mouth. Frank then proceeded to delivering a punch to his face, sending him backwards to the ropes. Finley rushed in for a deadly combination but Scott turned the tables around and jolted straight into Finley with a headbutt to his right eye. The white scotsman tilted his head in pain, he held his eye for a bit till he realized that he was no on the ropes. Scott managed to pull a switch of positions during that attack. Numerous blows Finley received all over his body. He was practically helpless as his arms are tied on the ropes and didnt have much chance to fight back. The ring was getting rumbled heavily from the amount of hard hitting punches Scott was giving.

Scott's stamina gave up soon enough and a brief respite was enjoyed between the two boxers. Finley managed to free his arm as he slumped into his kness, coughing up spit and blood. The two exchanged heated looks. Finley desperately wanting to punish his opponent, he launched himself for a hold. Both men were now on each other's arms. Giving themselves no quarter they resumed their fight. Finley gave a couple of kidney shots to Scott while he retaliated with a flurry of punches to his abs.

They broke their clinch after a while but the heated exchanged continued. Both men equally landing blow after blow. Soon enough the round ended with the two very much exhausted from it.
