Redesign for Albustrix:
(Omg, I hate my old art.)

Hey, look! I'm not dead! ^-^

I can't believe I've had the concept for this guy for almost two years and I have yet to draw an official reference for him. It was a good thing because I didn't like the fact that he looked like Ceristrix, but with bigger hair. I wanted to make all the strixes look different, so I made him look extremely different from the others I have drawn. I wanted to make him look more like a forest creature, as that's where the story takes place and mostly the settings I'm going to be drawing him in. I haven't decided all of his personality yet, but he's going to be a lot more obsessed with himself and egotistical than his brother, Ceristrix, since that's how I seemed to write him in the backstory for Levi I made a few years back. Albustrix and his story are also meant to be more of an actual horror, so I drew him a lot more sinister than usual. (Unlike a grimdark fantasy like the Patches story/game and Ceristrix are. Those aren't really extreme like Levi, Albustrix, and his cult - more so than inspired by those creepy stop motion cartoons or a lighthearted horror like Gremlins.) So I hope this gives off that scarier impression! ^-^
