Since i havent posted anything for a while i thought id share the result of some testing i did with the VrayRT renderer. it has proven to be a valuable addon to my workflow and i will probably be using it a lot moving forward.
Hope youll enjoy this (almost finished) realistic model of the J-2 rocket engine(used on the second and third stage of the saturn V rocket). I rendered it out using VrayRT in activeshade mode, the render itself took less than a minute to complete.
