I have made one scalemate so far with this tutorial, and I'm working on another one.
each of them have one crooked foot cause I don't like to pin the foot to the body, so I free lance it. :U
But anyway, I love this tutorial, and thanks for making it!

You're welcome!
I usually freelance the feet as well. What I find helpful is if you line up the leg seams so they're halfway between the foot seams and open up the foot hole to pull it horizontally to match the leg hole. Sorry if that's confusing; I'm not sure how to explain it very well.

Oh damn you you cute little feet why you won`t sew up easy?
I think it would be eaiser to firstly sew feet sides to body, then stich them together with bottom .
I guess i`ll try it like that >..>
Anyway This is awesome tutorial:3

If you work continuously and hand sew, about a day. The machine takes about an hour to sew the pattern (if you're handy with a machine). I wouldn't recommend sewing with a machine before hand sewing, so you get a feel of how everything fits together. The machine is definitely harder and you have to practice a lot. My first machined scalemates look horrible, but now I can machine sew them pretty well.
