Frankly, I don't chibi characters in beard as they will no longer look like kids. 

By the way, SAS operators shaved clean to disguise as regular US GIs in their operations in Iraq.

Yes. You would definitely shoot special force(Seals, SAS, Alpha...) more likely than GIs when you were the enemies.
