Description
This is a remake and redesign of a character concept I had drawn back when I was 12, back when I had a whole lot more imagination and originality.

The Guardian is a living statue constructed by the Dark Angels to keep any intruders from entering the Dark Fortress in the Sky. It is the living darkness, in the form of tentacles, that breathe life into the statue and possesses it. The Statue is about 10 meters high.

The Guardian waits atop some high mountain behind an altar, instantly coming alive when something foreign comes near. Upon it's destruction, it leaves behind its two "eyes" which are in fact the key, that when placed on the altar, activates a beam that, well, beams you up to the Dark Fortress in the Sky.
