You should really try renting the DVD, if you can!...Aaaw, and thank you! It was fun to design a younger version of him 8D...(I actually have yet to try drawing him the way/at the age he is in the movie! XP)

I like drawing all of my favorite characters younger too. I have the VHS, I just haven't seen it in SO long. I'll have to watch it again.

Well, I scanned in the picture, colored it, and made multiple layers; each layer was just a little different than the one before it (I didn't change the picture, but just re-positioned the eyelids and made it so that the boy could smile). Then, I opened it up in Jasc Animation Shop 3, where the different layers became like step-by-step frames in a movie; fooled around with the play-time of the frames, and saved it! And that's how I did it!
