Someone found out about the EMB control MoD. How is it players make Fallout & Skyrim look better than what Bethesda originaly put out?

Eh I could care less about how a game looks. I mean how many hours wasted just making water look purtty? Nah if I had the power I would just go for weapon, compainion, armor, game changing, and the best ones of all quest MoDs. Much more worth it.
