Description
Well I told GabrielFuriosan I'd make him a tutorial on how to use the Lineart Tools in Paint Tool Sai, but then I decided "Well, why not make a PUBLIC tutorial for everyone?"So I did.
Let me know if you want me to make a tutorial of anything specific. If I still know how to do it, I'll make a tutorial~

Nah you just sketch something on paper and scan it.

I'm not really sure if that's going to help much...
I can't draw neither traditionally or digitally.

Some people improve slower than others.
You'll get there, trust me.

Yeah.
You can't just improve overnight as they say.
There's a reason that "Practice makes Perfect" exists. Because it's true.
You just need to put your dedication into your work, and if you do that, you can achieve almost anything.

Sorry, I just had to throw in my two cents
Practice and a bit of life/anatomy study. It doesn't have to be hard. Drawing well is mostly learning how something works. Don't know how to draw a dog? Google up some pictures. Don't know how a dog's back leg should look/work? Google up the dog's skeletal structure. You don't even have to draw the bones in detail. Just a stick-figure skeleton. You can trace the drawing if it helps, maybe break things down into shapes. Then, apply it to a character. That's what I do with things like dragons and such
Keep doing this, and you'll should see at least some improvement. Plus, deviantart is full of forums and groups of people willing to help like the improvement club.
Remember, practice makes permanent not perfect. If you practice doing the things incorrectly, you won't get much better. You can get more refined through practice, but research and experimentation is where improvement happens. Practice is for the muscle memory

Keep doing it. There's no better way to improve other than life study
