Blah Blah blah you get the deal. Download to get a better read on this HUGE file.It's based on my common method of transferring traditional line art to be digital.
Background is just something simple and random.

What program you use? I'm sure each program can do the same thing but differently. If you tell me which program I can try to figure it out on there by playing with the buttons like I do on PS. XD
And I'll make a special version of the tut for it. 8D

I use Paint Tool SAI at the moment, but if I could actually find the disc to install the tablet I have, I would download PS through there ;w;

I never went near digi art because of cleaning up the line art. I think this tutoiral makes most sense.. but it looks too simple to be true..
Cool tuorial though, I'll be showing this to my friend who is trying the digi stuffs =3

It is, look at most of my arts then you can really tell if it's digital or not. Cause my digital line art tends to fail. 8D
And usually I complain about my eyes after doing digital line art. XD

I always use this. Saves the hassle of starting over a picture if it's digital. And time. And more freedom. And it isn't too blurry. I hate digital line art that is smooth.. it kills my sensitive eyes.. D:

I suppose it won't work for me since my paper is gray once it goes into the PC and the lineart hardly visible xD

It will work as long as the line art isn't too light cause even sometimes I have spills or stains and it still works.. D:
You could always adjust the brightness settings too.

It's kinda hard to figure out at first, yeah, but once you get it it takes a matter of seconds. Takes me less than a minute now to do this. Of course doing the line art in pen took hours though.. but you get my point. XD

Woww, holy shit. xD That's WAY easier than what I do. I just pick different sizes and use the pen tool for everything.

I like coarse line art anyways, digital line art really irritates my eyes that they actually water. ff. So like most of my line art is traditional lol.
It's much more easier though, since it's easier to draw it on paper rather than computer. |D

This is if you do line art by hand but yes it will work on a tablet too. It doesn't matter what you use. C:
You could always change the color of your line art as long as you have the line art layer's transparency locked. C:
