More Blender Daleks!This was rendered on my Dad's Linux machine - and about convinced me that I need something similar to model in.
Yeah, lighting textures etc still stink but that's what practice is for!

Nice.
The new Dalek looks good in dull colours, it certainly makes it look more Daleky than in the hyper-colours.
Do Daleks need textures? Can't they just be all smooth...whatever it is that Daleks are made out of...bubbling hate and all that? That's all smooth and untextured right?...

Nicely modelled, I think I prefer the traditional type on the right of the image myself but the new shape, when proportioned correctly, is growing on me somewhat.
