Description

To accompany the Liberator. I more or less scrapped my previous aesthetic direction with this and . . . honestly? My main thought behind this was 'what it SpaceX evolved into the suppliers of attack ships to space-fascists', which has to be one of the least unbelievable logical leaps I've ever made in my art. Basically, I wanted something clean, if not necessarily streamlined, with a more 'grounded' style to it than the Liberator. If this Liberator - and by extension the System - are an intrusion from a more fantastical alien force, the Pursuit Ship is a projection of the real world. Not sure if I really hit that, because I was also trying to keep the overall symmetry of the original design, but I quite like the result.

I also emphasised the great honking gun on the front because that's basically what this thing is at its core: a flying cannon.
