I'd think you should do more renders of these Cybermen. Maybe even ones with hand held weapons.

To be honest, I find this model very crude now, especially after working on newer designs. It's still in storage somewhere, but I'm probably not getting it out of mothballs anytime soon, I'm afraid.

I think it looks good, although I'd like to see them in motion before I fully commit myself! I much prefer the streamlined look to the rather clunky 'Cybus' design.

True enough. The new Alt Cybermen seemed to be based more on the earlier types of Cyberman - those from The Moonbase/Tomb of the Cybermen mainly - with a dash of Iron Man/C3P0 for good measure, whereas I've incorperated the overhauled components from The Invasion.
It's actually interesting to see what you get when you mix Cyber types up - I think, ingredient wise, this is:
Armour = Cybusman
Chest Unit = Earthshock + Cybus
Exo-Structure = Invasion
Head = (Tomb+Cybus)+ Invasion
Weapons = Invasion + 10th Planet
Headlamp = Invasion + 10th Planet

You know, I think it'd be awesome if they did some sort of Marvel-Doctor Who teamup/crossover comic. Stark'd have a field day with the Cybermen. XD
