FinnishWhovian and DarkAngelDTB have had vaguely similar ideas for a specialized caste of combat-oriented cybermen. I'm going to have to agree that since cybermen already possess unique subtypes optimized for other tasks, "special weapons cybermen" are not outside the realm of possibility.
Probably a standard cyberman head and torso with disproportionately oversized and entirely mechanical limbs, enormous guns mounted on the forearms, over the shoulders or both and immense amounts of armor plating, leading to blatantly inhuman liefeldian proportions.
