Description
Adds a new tab to groups called New Folder Settings.Then two sub tabs One for Featured and one for Faves.
Each have rules / template to be followed for when you create a new folder.
Would be a GIGANTIC leap forward in usability of the groups. and eliminate wasted amount of time.
Old way:1.)Make new folder, name it.
2.)Go to Admin area
3.)go to Manage Members
4.) Got to founder, Scroll down to find new folder and change permissions
5) Repeat for Co-Founder, Contributor, Adminstrator, Aff. Members, Members
Wasted time = 6 minutes for ONE FOLDER!
New Way:1)Go to New Folder settings, change it to however you like.
2)Make new folder, name it.
3) Good to go!

You want to be able to make a folder on the manage members page? I can see it'd be easier but it doesn't make much sense for the button to be there. I think the other way around would make a lot more sense - create a folder on the gallery/favs page and then being able to edit the settings right on there

Sorry for necro posting but: This would set the permissions for all new folders in groups created when you press "+ new Folder" button so you don't have to change the folder settings every time you make a new folder.
Old way: Make a new folder and then you go to admin Area and change the settings for THAT folder.
Admin: Defaults to auto-Accept
Everyhting else: defaults to not allowed.
New Way: Make a new folder, and don't have to change settings.
Admin: defaults to Auto Accept
Contributors: Auto Accept
Members:Vote required.
