Samus Aran - Metroid - Power armor suit can roll into ball and has multiple powers. Prone to losing her equipment. Hates jellyfish type and insect looking things.
Rouge the Bat - Sonic series - Can climb up sheer walls and glide across wide chasms. Loves jewels and treasures. Can steal from enemies and bedazzle all with her "charms"
