Description I enjoyed FMA. Some of the plot twists were quite startLING.

Greed is my favorite of the sins!

I don't know about sins, but he was definitely my favorite homunculus.

Well, the homunculus embodied the seven deadly sins: lust, greed, envy, sloth, pride, wrath, and gluttony.  Then in some way Ed and co. embodied their counterparts, the seven virtues: chastity, temperance, charity, diligence, patience, kindness, and humility (not in that order).  I love how much depth FMA has.

It was gorier than anything I've ever seen but I couldn't take my eyes off it, lol... Such great characters and diversity in motivation and UGH. I really like how the Elric brothers' motivation changed from beginning to end because of what they learned about the philosopher's stone, but we were still engaged in the action the whole time! So cool.

Yeah!  There's something about the Elric's motivation that takes on a character development in itself.  Bit by bit, they realize it was never the philosopher stone they were after, but the whole purpose was to get back their bodies the way they were.  And along the way, they pick up on some other quests, first taking down the system, then stopping the homunculi before their evil plan came to full fruition.

So have you ever watched anime before?
It helps to remember anime can be a violent.

Have you ever seen "A Monster in Paris"?

Yeah, a lot of anime can definitely be violent or gross so I've started being more careful about ratings. I made an exception for FMA because it was really good and my roommate made it really easy to watch... in the end, I loved it but it was kind of a guilty pleasure.

I have seen a Monster in Paris! I thought it was pretty fun! Why do you ask?

Have you ever watched Hayao Miyazaki films before?

I've seen "A Monster in Paris" myself, about 2 years back.
It's one of my favorite movies.  I just adore the story and the animation!

So, are you excited for Fathers Day?
