Look closely: There are some common features and designs that are the signature handiworks of the blacksmiths of Reed. Their signatures are spiky things and folding layered shell-like handles.
Note: Natalia's gun-handles for her bow isn't made in Reed, they're made in Atlas and based on gothic-victorian era weapon designs.
