Description
PLEASE READ!Okay, so as i've already done a Toothless tutorial, some parts of this one are going to be the same. Since i didn't want to bore you all by repeating myself, i've just referenced the first tutorial whenever things are the same, so when you're doing this, you're going to have to have the first tutorial up in another window so you can refer to it.

Okay, now that's out of the way...it's another Toothless tutorial! Yay! I was out of ideas clay-wise, until suggested i do another Toothless one, only in a different pose, and could i resist more Toothless? No, i could not. So here he is, and he has a fish! Hope you like!
The clay i used here is polymer clay, the brand i use is FIMO. You can also use Sculpey, though it tends to be softer.
If you have any questions, post them in the comments, and if you use this tutorial let me know so i can put a link in the description. ^^

Both of my boys love tootheless. I want to try to make them both one soon. (I am so glad you did two different poses they can each have their own and not fight over whose is whose.)
I'm not too familiar with polymer clay. (yet.) When you said Sculptey tends to be softer, do you mean it doesn't get as hardened after baking? Does the finished piece bend/break easier?

Sculpey does go hard after baking, the same as Fimo does, however i find that before baking the Sculpey clay feels softer and is more pliable than Fimo is. That said, when both are baked, neither of them are go as hard as ceramic clay, they feel more like a hard plastic.
I hope that helps, and that your boys like their Toothless'.

One solution: rubber gloves! I made my Golden Night Fury while wearing rubber gloves, and not a single fingerprint got on him =3
