Description Sorry it's crap. And rushed. I apologize if I left anything out...
But here's how I make petticoats. And also circle skirts, actually, minus the elastic and with a zipper. This tutorial might be kind of over-explain-y, but it was mostly for how to measure the skirt and whatever with pi. I'm a day late, it would seem, though. Oh noooo.
Okay. Thanks.

I have a question!! How do you do a tiered petticoat?
P.S. I really really really love your tutorial and appreciate it very much as it's the simplest tutorial I have yet found and it makes sewing all of my skirts ever 100 times easier. Thank you!!!

Sorry it's so late!

But tiered petticoats are just a strip of fabric with elastic at the top, then a strip of fabric twice the size gathered and sewn to the bottom of that, then another piece, gather four times the original sewn to the bottom of that piece. I hope that makes sense. Good luck!
