Description Here is that promised step by step of my Tink piece. It's more of a tutorial format but when I get some more free time I'll do a quick movie step by step of the process which I will link here. Please download the PDF for the full file.

You can find the original image here- [link]

PLEASE NOTE: This tutorial assumes you already know how to draw well, that you have a Wacom drawing tablet with pressure sensitivity and a stylus, and that you have a recent edition of Photoshop and know how to use it.

You'll need Nathie's brushes which can be found here- [link]

If you are interested in DAZ studio you can download it here- [link]

If you want the model I used you can buy it here- [link]

For an in-depth tutorial of how to light a scene in DAZ please see this- [link]

Awesome. I love using 3D model stuff for references. Garry's mod is what I usually use, but I didn't know DAZ was free?! *downloads*

It's really great for body types you don't see every day- super hulk dudes or ripped females for instance. I used to pay for model sessions but paying for morphs overall is saving me money. Of course, like I said, I don't use it for clothing or hair or props or anything- just loose eyeball reference. I've just been making the rest of that stuff up. I haven't heard of Garry's Mod. I'll have to look into it.

Garry's mod is good for objects, like swords, shields, other weapons, sometimes dragons or crazy looking creatures. It's for Steam. I used it to reference Link from Zelda cuz you can have him as a model.
