Description
You feel a warm hand caress your arm. You smile, knowing it's Clark. Opening your eyes, you see blue ones gazing back at you. His look is so tender and he smiles as he runs his hand up your arm again. Then he rests his hand against your cheek and you close your eyes again at the warmth. You smile.
"You're beautiful," You hear Clark breath above you.
"You are, too," You mumble, already starting to fall back asleep. You feel the bed shift beneath you and your body moves so it is encircled in Clark's arms. You snuggle against his chest and breath in his woody scent.
You're almost asleep when you hear, "Super beautiful."
You groan, coming out of your almost slumber.
"It was so perfect, Clark. Why did you do that?" You ask as you squint up at him. He grins.
"Do what?" His eyes widen as he feigns innocence.
You roll your eyes and playfully shove your hand against his shoulder. Then you turn away from him and snuggle against your pillow.
"Ah, come on, honey," Clark teases. You ignore him.
He moves behind you and wraps his arm around your waist and buries his face in your hair.
"I super love you," he murmurs.
You sigh. "I super love you, too."
