Description Have had quite a few requests for tutorials, but haven't really had the time to do a proper one - this little step by step of a single character from a cover done a few years back will have to do for the moment. Did a series of concept sketches - the client ended up wanting a naked charlies angel kind of vibe and this the process I used to paint the middle character.

It's many years old now, but I think the full image with all 3 characters took 5 or 6 days? Can't remember. I'm pretty sure it was quicker than a decade though

Cheers! This is a pretty old piece now and while I still always start with pencils, as I've gotten more confident with my painting, I do less 'detail' work in the sketch and work that stuff out more as I paint.
