Okay I think I understand how to make the water, but how in thw world did you make those rocks?!

rocks are easy. just take a gray color and make a blob and the use a splater brush to put in textuer, and then take a soft burn tool and shade it.

yea they take a while to make. and sometimes a pain to remember all the steps in good enough detail.
