Spharak are a race of beings with a very tough, stone like exoskeleton. They have between 6 to 10 legs.

They emit a substance capable of soften the stone and ore found on their planet and use it for both sustenance and for construction of homes, tools and weapons.

The substance can also be blown into a sphere surrounding a Spharak's body. They can use this sphere as a transport and a fairly durable personal shield.

They also use the bubbles when they sleep, acting as a personal alarm system if any potential predator get too close.

Spharaks live underground and in caves. They are intelligent and capable of using and understanding technology. They have a basic rudimentary tribal society and communicate with other races who often contact them for construction purposes.
