There are one or two versions of this (similar, not identical) that give translations of the word into another language. They're featured in the "Help in Other Languages" gallery on #dA-Dictionary .

I think, in most cases, you won't get kicked off for these things unless you're using them in a troll-like manner (excessively and after repeated warnings)
