Hey all! Figured I'd do another photoshop tutorial!

hello~~thanks for your tutorial, this is so useful. But when i go to step 5, which layer for me to make blur? the pixer layer or the layer under it?? and may i know how to make the outer glow combined to my brushes more smooth? since they looks not so good~ thx a lot~

Another fantastic way to do a good glow is to just set the glow settings to linear dodge or color dodge, but that depends on what kind of background the glow is on.
