I say yes. If, as you said, time is a misconception and I believe that it may not even exist then I think that all time is is what our clocks tell us. Without clocks, I believe there is no time. What we concieve ourselves as the passing of time is only the movement of objects from one possition to another. A relation of change, if you will.
