How should I put it... I pretty much can't afford one, ya know...
I was thinking about getting a DS (because there are more games for it that interest me), but I can't afford one of these either...
I have my PS2 and PS3, and I can barely afford new games for these. But I'm happy since I got Megaman 9 & 10 recently, and I also downloaded the "Bass mode" for MM10 >3
(Just so you know, in Poland the wages are waaaaaay smaller than in UK, and the games cost waaaaaaay more than in UK. Why do you think so many Poles emigrate to your country?)

MMX: Most Wanted is a fanmade game. It follows the standard MMX style (8 bosses, each one animal/mythial beats themed, etc. ). Design wise, it looks very similar to X1 & X2.
In the MW1, the main character was Dynamo, in MW3 the main character was Marino (from MMX: Command Mission), there was supposed to be a MW3 with Red (from X7) as the main character, but it's yet to be finished.
The cool thing is, that both Dynamo and Marino, have a unique weapon system (much like X getting new weapons and Zero gaining new techniques). Dynamo had 4 weapon slots in his blaster, and 4 slots in his saber, and you had to choose which weapon to equip to which item, which in turn gave you different weapons (and sometimes even different skills, like hovering or sticking to the ceiling). And Marino only got new melee weapons (each with different set of attacks) and also enchancements to her armor (which gave her new abilities, somewhat like X's armor upgrades), and all she got as a ranged attack was a set of limited throwing daggers (or you could change ;em to either kunais or shurikens, etc. there were many of these, but each worked the same 
Hehehe, you may try to find 'em (I've got a PS2 hacked version, but there's supposed to be a PC version somewhere too). If you do, then you should try these out, as they are very cool games ^^

The X series are high-tech and all, while BN is supposed to be some kind of twisted redesign of the Classic series... and did a poor job since it looks so hideous...

They design is kickass, and that's all I care about, and at least X has it's own designs, with only X being a MegaMan redesign, while BN is made only of crappy redesigns which hardly do the originals justice...

Przyznam że MegaMana znam tylko z Twojej niedawnej prezentacji, ale zapamiętałem, że ten jegomość jest jednym z Twoich ulubionych bossów.
Ciężko mi opisać jakie wrażenie wywołuje we mnie ten rysunek. Będzie to coś w stylu kiedy widzisz postać, która z pozoru wygląda lekko strachliwie i jakby zaraz miała się potknąć, lecz jest gotowa pokazać, że niedocenianie go może być śmiertelnym błędem.

A co do postaci, Kuwanger miał wyglądać niczym przyczajony stary mistrz ninja, ponieważ na takiego był mniej więcej stylizowany w grze i tak się też zachowywał ^^

Yeah, I know, they changed every mavericks name in that game... they even changed Vile's persona from Sigma's henchman to angsty emo with the "I'll show you, I'm gonna destroy both you and Sigma" attitude...
Buuuut, since I don't own a PSP, I don't care, I have my original MMX on my PS2 (MegaMan X Collection FTW!), so I'll stick to my original MMX

Well, that depends on how you interpret it 
And I do have both X7 and X8 (as well as Command Mission). But I didn't like MMX8 that much, Axl was cool, but the tag thingie just makes the game way to easy (it's like having a filled E-tank and a W-tank at the start of each stage), but the worst thing was the English dubbing, AAAAAARGH!! >.<
And well, my favs of the X series are still X5, X6 & X2, and there's no way that's changin'
(besides, I know you watch ~jutawi , and I once asked her to draw a few bosses from the X series, and mysteriously all of them appeared in X6

hehe don't about that, I would't blame you for hating Kratos, I don't like him much either, but I do like his brutality.
X7 sucked hands down, X8 wasn't too bad, yeah Axl's and X's VA sucked but Zero's was cool, yeah Zero is damn awesome, and besides the tag thing is ridiculous I only ever use one player and thats Zero, Except for the 1st stage.
My favs are X1 to X5 and X8.

Well, Kratos does whine quite a lot, which is strange since most people call him a "badass" (badasses don't whinme when they're about to die... badasses shout "Bring it on!" and not "omg, i dun want ti die 👍: 0 ⏩: 1
And well, as much as X7 sucked, I did like the bosses, especially Flame Hyenard and Ride Boarski, but I actually had trouble enjoying the X8 designs (though Dark Mantis was one cool boss). And as cool as Zero is, my fav out of the heroes is still X ^^ (well, counting the fan-made MMX: Wanted series, my fav hero would be Dynamo
And yeah, a while back I asked Ju-chan to draw Dynamo, Blizzard Wolfang and Metal Shark Player (my 3 fav X bosses), and you can always see it in her gallery if you're interested ^^
Geeez, and you don't even know how envious I am right now 83 here in Poland, it's REALLY hard to get fancy stuff like that, it's really rare to even find any artbooks besides the more popular titles (like Naruto or FMA)
(lol, I think I'm actually lucky I found 2 old SNK artbooks, but then again, I bought it from some German guys on a convention

Yeah X7 sucked hard, and I hated the bosses, all of them, Sigma came back too many times, seriosly how many bosses do you know that have died and have come back as many times as he did.
I had a few fun boss battles on X8 and yes Dark Mantis was one of them. Well I liked Zero when he got his sword and when he was a playable character, never really liked X, he was too plain and he had a bland personality 'I don't want to fight, blah blah and such'.
Ju-chan drew Metal Shark and Wolfang? awesome I must check this out, oh and I have artwork of Zero and Axl, you can check them out.

So what, Dante from Dante's Inferno killed Death, and it was at the start of the game, and Lobo killed practically all the gods from all religions (except for Jesus, who never went to fight him), so Kratos doesn't really shine when it comes to kicking ass
And I think it's a matter of opinion, you hate the X7 bosses, I like them, let's leave it at that
And I guess that Sigma coming back was a tribute to Wily who came back in each and every MM Classic game, hehe, but then again, Wily never died
And like I said, my most favourite character is still Dynamo (people may call him a coward, but he's just too cool to get himself killed

Hehehe, how should I put it, GoW does have some brutal scenes... but then again, it's nothing close to Altered Best (the PS2 remake), where brutality is everywhere, from the main character's beast metamorphosis (when his body is literally torn apart) up to each and every hit when you dismember your enemies - [link]
Also, Dead Space had some waaay better brutality scenes, considering, you had to actually dismember your enemies to kill them >3
Well, the one time I was really pissed off to see him was in X6... geeez, that was such an asspull, you beat the crap outta Gate, and suddenly he confesses that he had resurrected Sigma...that was LAME, I think Gate was cool enough to be the last boss...

yeah I can understand from X1-X3 but ALL the way to X8 c'mon thats ridiculous, its like Baxter Stockman from TMNT, he fails the shredder, and loses his eye and hand, failed him again; he loses his legs and comes back in a wheel chair, failes again and just his head is left, failed yet again and all thats left is his brain and organs; believe it or not he failed one more time and his brainwaves are transferred to a machine, I mean seriously Capcom are taking that 'Cats have nine-lives' thing way too seriously.
