Well, I'll be probably getting the new BB as well, as soon as it's out, but I still think this game is waaay to underdeveloped and Arc should really move their asses already, and make it as freakin' awesome as it should...

Capcom made SSF4, and they announced MvC3, and they said something about Tatsunoko vs. Capcom 2 a while back... hell, they're supposedly even thinking about a new Darkstalkers game and a Namco X Capcom remake (with a Bonus Missson Pack 8D), so Arc really has to get their asses in gear if they wanna keep up... as for SNK, well, KOF XIII does seem to look better than XII (not that it's saying much...), but I doubt it's gonna help them much... by releasing the abomination known as KOF XII and cancelling 3-4 other games to do so... they pretty much cut their own necks...

hehe you bitch so much about it and you're still gonna get it XD but yeah I do partly agree with you, arund 3 of my favourite characters are either weak or have seriously low defence *cough* Tsubaki *cough*,
Tsubaki: eh? I'm part of the 0th division, lets see you accomplish that!
Me: yeah but you have such weak defence, but none-the-less I still main you and prove to others just how good you are.
Tsubaki: I'm right beside you!!

anyway yeah I do think Arc know they ain't got much chance against capcom, so what I think is that they're waiting for the right moment to strike.

And yes MVC3 looks awesome, Dante from DMC3 is gonna be in there, though I really hoped his older twin brother, Vergil would be in there.
About KOF you know its instantly 10 times better when the K' team is in there.

Lol, I only point out what I think is wrong with that game, that aint exactly "bitching" ya know >P (going all "OMG, BB is SO lame because my fav character doesn't have a cheap-ass multi-hitting move of doom to pwn my opponents with, and besides 2d fighters are SO last season" now THAT would be "bitching") I just friggin' want it to be truly awesome, so I can shove it into 2d fighter haters faces and prove that 2D fighters are still kick-ass games
Geez, but it's not like there are many good fighting games to chose from anyway these days...


As for KOF, well, for me it got 10 times better when Yuri got announced hehe, I do admit K' is cool, but he's not one of my all time favs. I'm still waiting for the rumored "Badguy Team" (which is Geese, Billy and Yamazaki) and "Garou Team" (B.Jenet, Tizoc and Kevin) to be confirmed, though they'd probably only be added as home-version only characters, but if it's true, then I'll surely be waiting for it now >3

Hehehe, well, Yuri is one of my all time favourite female characters EVER, and well, she just fits my type perfectly ^^ (I'm very attracted to such tomboyish girls, like Yuffie from FF7, Seung Mina from Soul Calibur, or Yuri from KOF/AOF), and yes, the AOF crew should be around Geese's age, but SNK changed the AOF timeline, so that AOF characters could fight against Fatal Fury characters... but then again, SNK never really payed attention to their characters age (except for Terry, with his new Garou sprite)... I mean, just look at B.Jent... she's actually one of the younger KOF females (only Momoko, Malin and Hinako are younger)... or better yet, look at Athena... she's officially over 30 by now, and she looks like more jailbait than Momoko...

Hehehe, and I know that the K' team is back in KOF XIII, and I'm actually glad that Kula got to be the 3rd chgaracter, and not Whip or Lin, since I like her most out of these 3 but like I said, as much as I like K', he was never a huge fav of mine, and as for Nameless... I think that K'9999 was a much better design, even if he was anime inspired (but then again, maaaaany KOF characters are anime rip-offs), not to mention that Nameless's moves are all taken from K'9999, but most of them ended up looking quite bad (or laughable)

haha I love Seung Mina, hmm so SNK made the AOF protagnists the same age as the Fatal fury characters, well I suppose thats kinda cool. haha yeah Athena was one of there ealiest characters and she still looks hot.

hmm Well guess Kula a kinda cool, well she she's cooler than most girl characters in SNK, but C'mon K' is cooler than Kyo and just as cool as Iori, I say that because I know you and I love insane characters. and hey Nameless was my main in KOF-2002UM and yeah I think K9999 was a little bit of a better design but in I think Nameless was a cool design aswell

Well, they didn't make thsat to be cool, they made that so they didn't have to make different looking sprites for the AOF characters in KOF
And well, the only SNK characters whose look was updates to show how their aging, was Terry (in Garou) and Ryi (in Buriki One, also as his alternate costume in MI)... and I don't actually think Athena is anything close to being "hot"... I'm not actually into airhead 30-year-old lolis...

And yeah, Kula is "cool"
And yeah, K' is cooler than Kyo (though he does get some points for originality... even though he's a main character, he's a bigger asshole than Sol ), and K' did have some pretty memorable moves (especially Chain Drive), and Iori was also cool in his own way, especially with his maniacal laugh, nothing beats that, even Yamazakis laugh (but then again, my most fav characters are still Geese and Billy), and it's one of SNKs most shitty ideas to remove Iori's laugh in KOF XII >.<
As for Nameless, yeah, he does have some coolness about him, his only true flaw is that all of his moves are replicas of K'9999's moves (an that huge drill thingie he got as a replica of K'9999's mutated arm is just laughable)... if Nameless would get a set of his own, unique special/super moves, he would undoubtly be pure badass

c'mon Athena is hot, you just gotta love her Bikini-uppercut attack.

K' is way cooler than Kyo, in every sense of the word, Kyo is just plain design comapred to K', And yes Iori was indeed great we agree on that much I love the laugh he does when executing the maiden masher, but I hate how they screwed up his SDM.
Hey I think nameless was pretty cool but yeah most of his moves are simply K9999's and they better suit K9999 rather than Nameless's version of them, although I do like the blood coloured flames, the overall design, his fire dome attack (aka K9999's shield thingy) and best of his voice especially the phrase when he activates the Giant Drill 'KISAMA WA UCHIKIDA' but yes if Nameles had his own moves (and a better name) instead of K9999's then Nameless would be awesome

Well, in KOF I already have Yuri, Angel, Blue Mary (who gets extra points for using Commando Sambo >3), Kula, Mai, etc. I can really care less about that airhead Athena, but if you like her so much, then be my guest and take her

Hehe, and I do believe I did type clearly, that I agree that K' is cooler than Kyo, but at the same time, even if not as cool as K', Kyo does have some of his own originality.
Hehe, and yes, the blood colored flames that Nameless uses are cool, and that's why they should be used for some of his own unique moves ^^

okay my bad, but even so I hate Kyo, probably because I hate most of the main characters, being typical hero's and all.

I like main characters such as Ragna and Sol, but with every other game I end up using the bad guy, or the dark Version of a character, Such as using Kusanagi instead of Kyo, Devil Jin instead of Jin Kazama.

yeah Nameless had a good story line, design and role in KOF along with his bood flames, but only if they made his fighting style revolve around that, rather than ripping off K9999.

Hehehe, actually, Kyo might seem like "most of the main characters" but he surely isn't >3 he's actually more like Sol or Jin, he's an anti-social asshole, and doesn't care about anyone or anything, the only exception being his girlfriend Yuki. Hehe, just look at how he treats his "teammates" Benimaru and Daimon, or his "student" Shingo. And the only parts when he was actually keen to fight were '94 and '95, after that, he got tired of fighting, and the only reason he still does is that some people just wont leave him alone (Iori yagami, the Orochi, NESTS, now Ash), and that's pretty much why he sees other people as "bothersome". And while Sol has a tough attitude, at least he got some good friends (like Axl ^^), while Kyo only has Yuki (ever wondered why Banimaru and Daimon preffered to team up with Shingo instead of Kyo in '03), and while Shingo is still his fanboy... eventually even he's gonna give up on trying to get to him...
Hehehe, I do consider myself a maniac, so I do my homework rather well

Hehe, as for me, well, as most things about me, it's random, I have my favs in every series, be it because of their gameplay or their persona, cause I suck at playing as many of my favs but then again, most of my favs aren't really popular characters, but I do kick ass with most of them >3 (like Zappa & Axl in GG, or Billy & Choi in KOF... though I never really learned to use Geese that good, even though he's my most fav character ever).

Hehehe, and I think that as cool as Nameless is, he should have more to him that only those bloody flames... since they aren't that hard to do, ya know. I made similar flames for K' in XI before Unlimited Match was even announced it's really simple, just make the inside black, and some red on the outside layers (getting brighter with each layer), and there ya go, bloody flames for every flame user (or ice user, since I did the same thing with Kula >3)

I don't know man, something about Kyo pisses me off, you can't really compare his to Sol because Sol instantly has that badass quality that everyone (including me) loves, s he's one of the few main characters I actually main (well actually Sol is a sub-main, I main Order-Sol so my opponents have a chance to make things interesting, other wise its boring). hehe you're not the only Psycho here and yes I do my research as well, main place to learn is fightergeneration.com or wikipedia, or the game-wikias.

haha its a little different for me if I see a character I like and he/she's pretty cool then I set out to master them as such, when guilty gear XX accent core plus first came out I though Order-Sol was rather cool, but my friend kept saying he was rubbish, and because I like order-Sol that much and to prove my friend wrong, I basically travelled to the ends of the earth to master him, I practiced day and night and I watched tutorials LM_Akira's was helpful, but not so much for Accent core plus.
I'm good with order-Sol but not exactly Kaqn-good (but I'm not far off) and becuase of this he's my main, the same thing goes for Ragna.
I've recently set my sights on Tsubaki and Hazama.

yeah nameless needs a redesign, for starters they need to give a new name, keep the bloody flames, just give him some different moves that better suits his design.

Hehehe, well, I'm not saying you have to like him, I'm just saying he's not like "most main characters" and well, he does have that "something" that pisses people off (first Iori, now you ), but still, even if you don't like him, he is similar to Sol in some ways
And I'm not talking only about TFG,well, the site is awesome, but well... it's run by just one guy... and F.Yagami's opinions are often very awkward or just plain hypocritical (SF4 review - "too little special moves, I like it when I have more ways to kill the enemy", KOF XII review - "I find the limited special moves a nice touch that brings back the simplicity of classic fighting games" ), I actually prefer GameFaqs... or at least I used to, when true gamers were around (Kao Megure FTW!!!), since now it's mostly overrun by noobs and idiotic fanboys...

And well, I just have my own way of fighting, and I'd rather like to find a character I'm comfortable with, then to change my style fighting style for the character... besides, I did play on nearly every fighting game there is (believe it or not), for almost every system, so limiting myself to just one character isn't really my thing

And yeah, I know he's the webmaster since I visit his site for over 10 years (and it wasn't even called TFG bakc then, it was called "gamegen.com" ), but I still don't agree with some of his opinions.... most of the time he just goes "this game is good cause I like it, and the other game is crap cause I don't like it, and you have to listen to me cause I'm awesome", bleh >P

Lol... that's kinda.... hard to believe... you don't know that site... well, you see, GameFaqs is by far the BEST site for walkthroughs, movelists, cheat codes, and all kinds of other video game related FAQs (like translations, or even in-depth plot summaries)... and Kao Megura is one of the best, if not THE best, fighting game FAQ writer, especially with his KOF related FAQs, with lots of in-depth or miscellaneous info ^^

And well, most of my favs are the so called "freaks" (like Zappa or Faust in GG, Arakune in BB, or Voldo in SC) that play really weird... but at the same time no one knows what to suspect from them, which means, no one knows how to defend against them >3

And yes, Yashiro, Shermie and Chris are direct Orochi descendants, and they can fully control their awakened power. As for Iori and Leona, Iori is of the Yagami clan, who only have a certain pact with the Orochi, as for Leona, she's only half-Orochi, since her mother wasn't of the Orochi clan, and that's why they can't control their powers, instead, it's rather that their power takes over them, making them go berzerk. And so, the short name for their alternate versions are "Riot of Blood Iori/Leona", but as a fun fact, the actual names for these forms are quite longer XD

The name of Iori's alternate form is "Tsuki no yoru orochi no chi ni kurufu Iori" which stands for "On a moonlight night, Iori goes insane due to Orochi blood", and Leona's alternate form is named "Yami no naka Orochi no chi ni mezameru Leona" which stands for "In the middle of the night, Leona is awakened by Orochi blood"

As for Miss X, he/she was meant to be an alternate version of Iori in the first KOF XII concept, before SNK decided to completely re-do the sprites, hehehe, back then, SNK thought that since Kyo always had a "classic/EX" version of himself, then Iori should also have a version that can still use flames, and for that they wanted to use Miss X >D

My most favourite is Dynamo (though he's not actually a maverick), but aside from him, I always heve 1 or 2 favs in every MegaMan game ^^
And since I just got my MegaMan Anniversary Collection and MegaMan X Collection for my PS2, and then went on a MegaMan fanart frenzy, I wanted to start from the first parts of the series, and them move go on as the characters appeared ^^

No to nie widze przeszkód byś miałą nie poznać, seria MegaMan Classic ciągnie sie od czasów NESa, a o emulator tejże konsoli jest wyjątkowo łatwo. Za to seria MegaMan X ukazywała sie głównie na SNESie i PSXie, o których emulatory również jest łatwo.
