Its summer time....well not yet, but I can't wait for it to hit! I'll have several months off to focus on my art and improve even more! This one took a long time to make and changed a lot over the course of painting it (from what I originally had in mind) but overall I like it even better
.Edit - Updated to fix the tangent lines in the sky while adding more clouds. Also fixed a few other areas in the face & hat.

Gosh I love summer themes! I think you did the face and ball especially well! I'd just maybe check the hands? I'm not a pro or anything though, and I struggle with these things too. n v n

Thank you! I've ben learning more on color theory lately and tried experimenting with more colors in a painting than usual.

the colours are good! lighting is pretty nice too (:
I did notice a few things
- hands: the top one is too big and looks a bit awkwardly placed, maybe you could try looking at some references to find a hand placement which is more natural? the hand at her waist is too small
- her hips could curve a bit more, and I feel her abdomen could be a tad longer
- her left shoulder is good, but the right one seems a bit too narrow, and should jut up a bit more (since she's holding her waist)
I really like the way you drew her face (: She's very pretty!

Glad you find it interesting ! I couldn't quite place my finger on it but I knew something was off. Didn't realize the abdomen issue until stepping away from the painting but now I see it.
