Unlike previous ones in the series, this is less of a satire but one viable way to write a RWBY H. In fact, this is done in Mass Effect. The cliche is you get together with your loved one before an important mission such as the final dungeon or mission. Well, so far we have yet to see them going on a mission or something, but having to fight Grimm all the time might put stress on them. We don't actually know how strong the Grimm are or if there's more dangerous Grimm out there.
On a side note, personally, I don't think myself as a pink shipper.

Funny you mention that. Both stories on fanfiction.net containing FlameShipping are my own. Bloodstained Chess Board has it in passing and Hearts Own Warmth is focused on it.

You see, I'm a supporter of RubyxJaune, also known as the Rosey Arc shipping. I happened to chance upon a fanfic (kinda hard to remember the name; 'Heart Reaper' I think it was?), and when Jaune spoke to Pyrrha about liking Ruby, Pyrrha admitted to liking Yang. And, well, it all works out.
Well, it kinda got me onto fanfiction.net, as I'm now doing a RubyXJaune fic on there.
But anyway, yeah. I have seen the shipping before, and it seems that there are others who support it. But what is your name on fanfiction.net? I'd like to give yours a read.

No worries. The reason I joined fanfiction.net in the first place was because I like reading. RWBY fics are interesting, so I like reading them over, especially ones that have a different view than others. I just wish that there was more RubyxJaune. I even had to start my own little series due to a lack of those two.

Love is a Knight-mare.
It focuses on Ruby and Jaune. The beginning is all the way back from episode 2, after the airship. Currently, chapter 3 is when they first go to bed at Beacon, before the initiation test in the Emerald Forest.
