My Influence map. Got it from the EVER SO AWESOME OLD DA BUDDY ! If you want to do it, go here [link]I pretty much filled it in to the suggested sizes, except one thing. Middle botton. Techincally they are the same, but... I still wanted them seperated.
1- 2x2 : Marley Zarcone Since I started Void she has always been an inspiration to me.
2- 1x1 : Tony Diterlizzi My High School Art teacher had us meet him since he was an old student. He was an influence to us all. After meeting him, he inspired me to never stop drawing.
3- 2x2 : Loish Need I say more?
4- 1x1 My husband
5- 1x1 Budgie! She's always been such an awesome artist AND friend to me.
6- 1x1 Adam Hughes!!!
7- 3x3 Michael Jackson His music inspires my artwork, my pencil strokes, everything. Not to mention- he looks AWESOME in my style. LOL
8- 1x1 EnterVoid.com and all my peers! This website has helped boost my confidence and has given me so many friends. I've learned that it's okay to draw anime, even if ppl don't like it.
9- 1x1 Spiderman
10- 1x1 Skydoll
11: 2x2 Sailor Moon Without it...I'd be drawing Furries
12: 1x1 The events of Sept 11 have fueled nearly all emotions in my artwork.
13: 1x1 My sister who was lost because of Sept 11. I simply hope she can see my artwork and be proud of me.
14: 2x2 The Lion King The ultimate inspiration for me. So many made up Lions, so many Simba comics.

It's rare to see family and events as influences but it's so very true to us all. People and events influence so many of us in ways that we don't seem to recognize. For you, your husband, your dearly departed and the events on 9/11/01, I imagine your art is greatly influenced. I'm sorry you are still hurting. I know there are no words to help heal a broken heart and a hug only seems to soften the blow, but I'm positive your sister is smiling down upon you and touching your hand as you work. And so many others lost in the towers and planes that day are remembered not only on every September 11th but every time someone views your work, and they are smiling too and nodding their thanks. Thank you for sharing this with us.

Having been watching your art for a little under a year, I never knew your sister was lost on 9/11.
I searched you front page, found your dedication picture to your sis then looked up her name on the web and found a couple memory sites (I have been to the Legacy site many times before) with her name and checked them out. I have read many books on 9/11 in the years after the event but whenever I read the memorial pages... those always bring a tear to my eye. I read part of your moms letter on one of the pages and had to stop. I am sorry for your loss. Your sister would be so proud of your art.

I wish I knew what to say! I don't often have words when someone actually shows interest enough to search for anything related to me personally. Legacy is a great website, I feel terrible I have not gone there as much as my mother has, but as I said- thank you. I'm never good at replies.
