I just read through the link, you added...
you need a tetrahedron which is open at the bottom and stands on it's tip...
one of the walls needs to be blue, one red and one green.
then, you need perfectly reflective spheres in the tetrahedron - so, that they fit in it.
Correct, so far?
where is the light supposed to come from? I didn't really get that part...

yes, you need the open tetra but i didn't use it myself as i have no triangle primitive in my renderer yet i see you did it correctly with indigo now
