Ahh. The Transistor and Red. My favorite project to date! These are characters from the game Transistor from SuperGiant Studios. A favorite of mine!
I spent SO many wonderful hours working on this project -- it took well over a year. Not pictured is the bottom portion of the dress, which is a tear away ball gown.
I debuted this beauty at Holiday Matsuri this year and won Best Prop. I'd say my sword boyfriend is the best prop alright... He talks and lights up!

The corset was made from scratch and lights up. The stripes were hand cut and sewn. There are over 300 hand laid feathers in the collar, and all the pieces of the sword were hand cut, printed or sculpted using various materials (check my WIP albums on facebook for pictures).
