Description
This was done for hitting my 10K page view mark.I've come to two conclusions while drawing this piece:
1: My art is indeed getting cartoonier.
2: I see that as a good thing.
Oh yeah... Carol is about to get her Pro-Registration ass handed to her, Earth-2 Style.

It's awesome.
And I would just say that Ms Marvel is powerful. Power Girl, however... well, this is the woman I have seen (and/or her clone, Divine, who's basically her power wise) in fanfic ('A New World in My View' on ff.net) believably take on the Sentry at full power.

You should do another one of these two, but keep these costumes since they are quite striking. In fact any of their costumes other than the most recent ones would be great.

That would be kind of cool, i really liked your Atlee picture, so a newer one of Powergirl would be great

I'm gonna miss both of these ladies. DC and Marvel are giving them both new costumes that cover up every inch of skin from the neck down.

I will agree that the new costumes aren't exactly the best looking. Ms. Marvel's classic costume actually looked pretty damn good, even on the Super Hero Squad show, where they covered up the leggings. It's just a really good costume, and Power Girl... I think DC's trying too hard with a character that's meant to be fun.
Well, it's not the first time those two have gotten bad costumes and it won't be the last. I'm sure they'll return to their normal apparel again someday.

Even adjusted for scale PG would win, shes stronger, faster, tougher, hotter looking and can survive in space, without her Binary powers Carol is toast

... Let's also not forget Ms. Marvel actually felt guilty and regretted what happened in Civil War especially with Julia Carpenter.
It really is too bad that Power Girl is a joke character who no one will ever take seriously.

At the time this drawing and that post was written... Over three years ago... There was no guilt yet, and Julia Carpenter didn't happen yet. They're both good characters in their own right.
But then again, I was a Power Girl fan back before, when we all thought she was an Atlantean in the 80's.

Ms. Marvel's guilt happened in her own book in the Civil War period. It was unfortunate that she just kind of came across as a soldier rather than the guilt-ridden heroine who just wanted to not step on anyone's toes and be the good girl.

about equal, but Ms. M has an unfair advantage, Shes an energy absorber now, If she can't knock PG out she'll just keep

I've always thought Power girl would be a much better fit in the Marvel U. It would be cool if Marvel and DC did some trades with some of there characters. Like a free agency draft. And if PG is at full strength she'll stomp Carol....hard.

Ms. Marvel may be powerful, but she isn't Kryptonian-level powerful. Power Girl wins this one after a lengthy fight.

Yeah, she was owned by a War Machine imitator(non stark tech suit, back in the Hero's Return reboot days) as Warbird. she's been and maybe still a drunk/alcoholic, I mean Stark had to intervene to start her on a 12 step program, after she had a little spat at him crashing Iron Man into a 747).

Power Girl: Unstable powers that come and go at random.
Flight, Invulnerable, Super Strength, endurance, Fast.
Ms. Marvel: Has her powers back at full and normal levels.
Flight, Invulnerable, Super Strength, Endurance. Combat Training, Energy blast, combat sense.
Sorry, I like Power Girl, and I am disapointed if Ms.Marvel sides with that whussy turn coat, Iron Man... but PG is about to learn what a Soldier does best.. Win at all cost.
I'd like to point out, that even when Carol 'Ms.Marvel' Danvers lost her powers, she kept hanging with supers, fighting villians, and did what she could, then she became Binary and everything got freaky.

In an Avengers story Ms Marvel was brain washed by this immortal alien creep into being in love with him in his home dimension. He used this device called The Pocket of Change so he could sleep with her and then give birth to a body he could inhabit and use to walk the Earth and try to take it over.
Avengers then let her go BACK with the bad guy when they defeated him. Believing her when she said she had fallen in love and did not want him to be alone there. turned out she was still brain washed and when she broke free she was PISSED at them all. Hung out with the X-men for a while after punching Rogue ian upper cut to the chin so hard Rogue flew through the roof and into orbit.
Yes, this is how my mind works I remember all my comic books i've read. I make no apologizes.

I don't plane Ms.Marvel for being ticked off...But after a few of the older issues of Avengers, its amazing they lived through some stuff, considering how dopey they could be.

Yeah, I know... But that was also in the same book that had Captain America getting beated by a water shoot in Gotham's sewer, Storm beating Wonder Woman, Wolverine beating Lobo and Aquaman dropped a whale on Namor to win.
Namor get's a whale dropped on him, he yells "Imperius Rex" and then would proceed to rip off Aquaman's other hand.
But I do know what you mean. That story DID happen, and whether I like it or not... Aquaman did beat Namor.
But it don't mean I gotta agree with it!
