Description Here is an all-new list of characters that I have mixed feelings about. As always, please be respectful of my opinions, as I respect yours.

1. Alma Madrigal (Encanto) When I first saw Disney's Encanto, I seriously thought that Alma was going to be an unlikable character, always pressuring her family to keep up their magical gifts and be perfect all the time (especially with Isabela, Pepa, and Luisa); she also shunned Mirabel, who didn't get a magic gift, and even blamed the poor girl for everyone's problems and when the magic house started to fail! (Bruno actually left because he feared that Mirabel would be treated like an outcast; Luisa was losing strength only because she felt overworked; and Isabela never really had feelings for Mariano and she wanted to create new exotic plants because she was tired of acting like a perfect little flower all the time) Seriously, Alma sounds more like a certain Abuelita from Coco when I mention what a "bad granny" she was! (Random side note: I don't know what the hell I was on when I put Elena from Coco on this list, but now I truly see how evil she is compared to Alma) But then, "Dos Oruguitas" came on, and we get a glimpse into Alma's past: how she met and married Pedro, and then how Pedro was killed while defending her and their children; I almost cried during that scene as Alma secretly suffered from PTSD. I know Alma had no excuse for bullying her family, but at least she saw the error of her ways, remembered what the miracle candle was really for, and reconciled with Mirabel; at least the matriarch of the Madrigal clan is better redeemed than that god-awful granny from Coco. (I'm looking at YOU, Elena!)
2. Queen Elinor (Brave) As I said before in my previous meme, I've always had a love-hate feeling for Princess Merida's mother. While Merida is more tomboyish and adventurous, Queen Elinor is prim and proper, and always wants what's best for her daughter. I felt negative whenever Elinor pressured her daughter to be a proper princess and even tried to get Merida married off at the beginning, and I felt extreme rage and hatred when Elinor threw Merida's prized bow into the fireplace! (I know Elinor immediately regretted it) But after Merida accidentally transforms her mother into a bear via an enchanted cake, Queen Elinor starts to bond with her daughter, and then they try to work out a way to break the spell until Merida realizes the error of her ways and tearfully apologizes to her mother. (I mean, all teens have issues with their parents every now and then; I've been there) So, while Elinor can be stubborn and strict, at least she reconciles and bonds with her daughter as the movie goes on; I also LOVE Emma Thompson's portrayal of her!
3. Zak (TUGS) I originally had Top Hat on my previous list, but as time went on, I've come to appreciate him more. If there's any character on the short-lived show that I'm really neutral to, it has to be Zak, the third member of the Z-Stacks. He is a very devious tugboat (just as devious as Zorran), and he can be such an a**hole to the Star Tugs (like most of the other Z-Stacks, as they are the rival fleet to the Stars), as well as his fellow Zeros. However, Zak was never really played with much during the single season of the show, so I do give some credit that there could've been more episodes with him had Tugs continued. And I also admit that I think Zak is pretty cool in terms of a bad guy character; you gotta love his raspy Cockney accent and how his facial features remind you of Edward G. Robinson or Doug Hutchison!
4. Aaron (The Prince of Egypt) I said this before; I have mixed feelings on Moses' biological brother in this movie. I hated how Aaron was a total douche to Moses, seeing him as always the enemy, and even rubbing salt into his wounds after Moses' first visit to Rameses since his self-exile failed. True, Moses was raised by the enemy Egyptians, but he soon found out the truth from Miriam and the God of the Hebrews, and went to help his people. Although it took some time, at least Aaron saw that Moses was here to help and deliver his people from slavery, and then Aaron did warm up to Moses as they left Egypt, truly accepting him once and for all.
5. Eustace Bagge (Courage the Cowardly Dog) Muriel's husband is such a jerk, but I don't really hate him with a passion. I said in my old meme that I dislike how Eustace constantly puts Courage down, scares him with a mask, refuses to listen to the dog's concerns of danger, and sometimes disregards Muriel's advice. However, whenever danger does strike the farm (which happens a LOT), Eustace can show concern for his wife and dog (a jerk with a heart of gold, so to speak), no to mention that I felt sorry for him whenever his own mother disowned him, and there are a few episodes where I root or even sympathize with Eustace. So, while he does bully Courage on a regular basis, at least he doesn't torture him like other characters/villains do (especially Katz), and sometimes Eustace does have his funny or sympathetic moments.
6. Angelica Pickles (Rugrats) The eldest of the rugrats is such a little Karen most of the time, as there are lots of moments where I can't stand Angelica. However, like Eustace, I do sympathize and smile at Angelica in some episodes. For instance, I felt sorry for her in "Angelica's Worst Nightmare," where she feared that a new baby in her house could replace her; "Tricycle Thief" is another example, when Angelica was accused by Susie for stealing the latter half's new tricycle after Angelica proclaimed jealousy the day before (even though Angelica did deserve telling off for being a bossy brat all the time), even though Angelica actually got an identical tricycle herself and Susie found her own trike later on. Don't get me wrong - Angelica is a brat who bullies the other babies, but at least she gets her comeuppance in most of the episodes where she's unlikable, and she sometimes makes me laugh in episodes where she has the lead role. I don't love the little pigtailed girl, but I definitely don't hate her.
7. Peter Griffin (Family Guy) Like all the other characters on this list, I have mixed feelings about the patriarch of the Griffin family. He started off as a childlike goofball before he transitioned into a dumb jerk who DOESN'T CARE about the people or objects around him. While Peter's actions (particularly in the later seasons) are inexcusable, he still has his moments where he cracks me up! 'Nuff said.
8. The Cheshire Cat (Alice in Wonderland) I know a lot of people will disagree with me here, but I don't exactly love the Cheshire Cat... but then again, I don't really hate him with a passion. My biggest gripe with him is how he always got Alice in trouble with the Queen of Hearts, who plotted to execute her every time something went wrong. However, he still is a very memorable Disney character, as he has goofy antics (even if they're ridiculous like everything else in Wonderland); he even helped Alice escape from the Tulgy Wood, and I gotta admire the voice talent given to him by the late but great Sterling Holloway! (He also voiced Winnie-The-Pooh, Kaa, and many others)
9. Sideshow Bob (The Simpsons) I know I've put him on a lot of negative memes in the past, but now I have mixed feelings for him. He is a crazy maniac, yes, and I hate how he always stalks Bart as revenge for getting him arrested for robbing Kwik-E-Mart and framing Krusty in the season 1 episode "Krusty Gets Busted." But that doesn't necessarily mean Sideshow Bob is a "bad" character. Like all the other characters of this well-loved cartoon, Sideshow Bob has his hilarious moments (especially stepping on rakes, getting trampled by different things, and his rendition of HMS Pinafore), and you gotta love Kelsey Grammar's performance on him.
10. Zorran (TUGS) Like Zak, I don't love Zorran, but I don't hate him with a passion like I do with Bluenose, Burke, and Blair. He's the leader of the devious tugboat team, the Z-Stacks, so he is an antagonist like all his other fellow Zeros. I detest him in the first episode "Sunshine," because he pushed Sunshine into the ship Duchess, and then Sunshine was blamed for being clumsy, which caused the Duchess's contract to go the Zero Fleet. (although the Z-Stacks are exposed and get their just desserts in the end) However, Zorran has his good points, as he has more common sense than that navy twit Bluenose (see the episode "Munitions" for more details), and I felt bad for him when he got scared of the Ghost Fleet in "Ghosts." You also have to take note of how funny his facial expressions are!

Honorable Mentions:
- Imelda Riverra (Coco; you have to remember that she's the one who banned music from the family in the first place)
- Kerchak (Tarzan)
- Mr. Krabs (SpongeBob)
- The Gargoyles (The Hunchback of Notre Dame)
- Ming Lee (Turning Red)
- Queen Iduna and King Agnarr (Frozen franchise)
- Edmund (Rock-a-Doodle)
- Jaquimo (Thumbelina)
- Pinkie Pie (My Little Pony)
- King Triton (The Little Mermaid)
- Jaq and Gus (Cinderella)
- Peter Pan (1953)
- Marie (The Aristocats)
