where do you get your supplies from? i would also love to see a step-by-step tutorial for one of your books not to copy you but to learn a little about your process and and maybe try some of it out on my own projects

Oh, all over the place; the local craft store, Etsy, eBay and trading with various people for unique finds.
I wish I knew how to post a tutorial on dA. Making a journal cover is sooooo easy!

The leaves are stamped somehow, aren't they? The card is very pretty, I particularly like the colour scheme.

Thank you! Yes, I did use a stamp for the leaves, I felt guilty, but I loved how it turned out, and lowered the price from others that I made free hand....(still feel a little guilty...LOL)

I was just curious.
Hey, it's not like you used only a stamp and coloured it in, or somethign like that.

So how does one use powdered pigments? You mix them with the clay, or is it a type of paint?

At first I tried mixing them into the black clay with disappointing results. Then I tried brushing them on the raw clay and the results were amazing. Vibrant colors!! I can't wait to use them again!
