Description
"I am inevitable."- ThanosYeah, cyberpunk maybe making a come back in my Godzilla project in it being a separate timeline (Though different from the original idea which has now been recycled into Godzilla: At the World's End). In this sense, while Godzilla: At the World's End is a What If within kaiju a potential real-world future apocalypse, Godzilla: The New World Order deals in the What If of kaiju films of the past such as the 1954 film being actual historic events. Both in this scenario would present the impact of kaiju on a real world scale and all the implications their existence presents especially in terms of technological advancements as more than obviously? The dangers of such creatures existing. Within the potential casting of villains for Godzilla: The New World Order, I decided to use some lesser known or underutilized kaiju once more and crank them up to 11. Give them a real shot of the ol' Maniax madness and among the first of them for this? Ladies and gentlemen? I am proud to present to you...(Gestures to the stars) SPACEGODZILLA.
Notes:
- A thing to note about this incarnation of Spacegodzilla is that unlike the original where he was kind of an offshoot of sorts? Spacegodzilla technically IS Godzilla...From the future...Yeah we're doing time travel and unlike Godzilla Vs. King Ghidorah? IT MAKES SENSE...ish.
(Plays Doctor Who theme)
Take it like this, in the Cyberpunk timeline the government has been secretly developing a highly experimental weapon to finally to rid the world of the threat of Godzilla once and for all. Dimensional Tide aka the Blackhole Generator, a device designed to produce a miniaturized blackhole which in theory would suck up Godzilla and basically get rid of him. Problem? Though they don't entirely realize it, the device doesn't generate blackholes but rather wormholes, bridging points in time and space. Next thing you know, Spacegodzilla shows up to fight Godzilla and weakened, the government deploys Dimensional Tide and they succeed in sending away Godzilla. Problem 2.0? In doing so, in sending Godzilla through, the distortion and such leads to Godzilla becoming Spacegodzilla which travels the galaxy wreaking havoc before coming to Earth where it encounters Godzilla and fights him.
In short of this? It's a sort of causal loop scenario within Spacegodzilla, a point in the future which ultimately causes the past event which in turn causes the future. In Spacegodzilla coming to Earth to fight Godzilla, he weakened his past counterpart enough to the point where the government was able to get a solid shot at him which sent the King of the Monsters through the wormhole turning him into the intergalactic tyrant Spacegodzilla which would terrorize the galaxy before returning to Earth to fight his past incarnation.
- In terms of physical description, Spacegodzilla's framework is based off that of our most current design for Godzilla (Or at least mine anyways) albeit more streamline in terms of extraterrestrial travels with cosmic indigo color with a faint pulsating glow of magenta. A sort show of the vast energy Spacegodzilla houses. Similar to Shin, Spacegodzilla's mouth splits into two with the possible bonus of an interior mouth like a sea turtle (Seriously look at that, it's terrifying!) and the crystals? Whether the cause of traveling through the wormhole or some sort of symbiotic or parasitic relationship, Spacegodzilla's crystal distribution is not symmetrical like in his cinematic counterpart. Growing as part of him, Spacegodzilla is almost covered/coated in semi-translucent bluish crystals especially in regards to his spines, 'shoulder pads', and crown. These are much more pronounced as with the spines and such, the shoulder crystals in this being more slender and angled in their appearance and the crown? The crown in this almost completely covers the top part of Spacegodzilla's head like a facial shield of sorts.
- A possible incorporation inspired by my best kaiju bud SpeculaTimsauru5 , Spacegodzilla may not actually walk in this but rather simply levitate around as opposed to conventional locomotion.
- In terms of powers, Spacegodzilla is almost more than a match for the King of the Monsters considering the Cosmic Tyrant is HIM or at the very least? An evolution of him, possessing most of Godzilla's common abilities within regeneration and such as well as more. A variant of Godzilla's atomic breath, Spacegodzilla possesses something dubbed as the Corona Beam (Pulls up face mask) which is derived from the energy it absorbs from planets. The most dangerous thing about Spacegodzilla though isn't that, it's Spacegodzilla's mind. Possessing not only heightened intelligence but psychokinetic abilities, Spacegodzilla is able to fly or more accurately levitate itself as well as manipulate matter such debris and its own crystals as weapons.
- A frightening thing to consider within Spacegodzilla's intelligence isn't just simply his strategic and psychokinetic abilities but his reasoning to certain things. A major question lying within Spacegodzilla is just why he came to Earth in the first place after possibly hundreds if not thousands of years traversing the universe. Perhaps it is circumstantial, his appearance being just on his way through the galaxy and his fight with his past incarnation being just territorial but the other? Maybe it was intentional that Spacegodzilla came here, maybe it traveled all this way to not kill Godzilla but rather ensure that the series of events that would transform the King of Monsters into the Cosmic Tyrant would come full circle ensuring that above all else? Godzilla's fate within Spacegodzilla? Is inevitable...
- The crystal Spacegodzilla generates and manipulates appear to aid in its ability to derive and syphon off planet's natural electromagnetic energy and radiation, providing it sustenance and the power needed for it to dominate whole solar systems.
And that is SPACEGODZILLA (Echoes), quite the undertaking to think of a good way of improving upon this character but I think did fairly well. What do you think? Leave your thoughts and comments below and remember? (Floating in space) STAY SCARY!

Ok, cool idea. Casual Loop theory works nicely here.
Next time I do SpaceG, I'm gonna try and make the connection less immediate in terms of design. This stemming from the fact that he is made of G-cells originally so I want to go crazy.
Still good story here.

Yeah that one always felt a bit... just there in terms of the franchise and it's lore. And never again is time travel brought up after that.
And for good reason...
*closes port to a boring cityscape while whipping blood of hands*
So yeah, SpaceGodzilla.
I haven't yet done the Heisei movies in my timeline but I'll definitively keep SpaceG.

Actually, remember that idea you presented about using MechaGodzilla instead of Moguera?
Is it ok if I also use that idea? Or would you rather keep that one?
