What about the shading and markings when it comes to this?

I mostly use less lighter colours in the shading area..and with markings..it's pretty much the same as normal..but I draw the flat colours first, with flat coloured markings, then just use a darker colour for the markings as well for making the fur..*sucks at exlaining* xD

This is brilliant. It makes me want to slap some people who have archives full of wierd looking things made out of circles - The ones that whine all through their journal and comments that they can't do anything better because all they have to work with is MS paint, which is a 'crap' program. Apparantly. But you make masterpieces o.o. Just shows the sky is the limit, really.
