Description
This is an illustration I did years ago on the back cover of one of my Akiko comics in tribute to the illustrator of the original Winnie the Pooh books, E. H. Shepard. I inserted my characters Akiko and Gax into the scene but otherwise tried to remain very faithful to Shepard's amazing method of drawing trees and scenery.Related content

wow this is really good! I loved the original pooh style. Here is a random winnie the pooh fact, the original illustrator regrets creating winnie the pooh, it started off as a book for his son who is actually named christopher robin....... his son was teased because of this.
