Across all worlds of the Orion Arm, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics shall be known as a power of progress and development, rich with the fruits of the great labor brought about by the worker's liberation. Freed from the yoke of their oppressors, the peoples of mother Russia and her allies will arise and built with their own hands a new utopia among the stars!
Nothing less is the promise of this new era on other worlds. What began with Earth's destruction will not end as a tragedy for humankind, but instead as the mere origin, the start of a new and greater age, in which the Soviet Union will dominate, for its superior moral and ideology cannot but yield the brightest future for the people!
