What if Peter Ouill/Star-Lord survives the Snap in
Avengers: Infinity War/ Avengers: Endgame
(Gamora helps Peter Quill get back into shape after he spent so much time getting really drunk and emotionally sick after the former loss of Gamora)

And so, Gamora does a lot to get Peter Quill back into shape. She gets Peter Quill to exercise and pushes him to his limits. To make this a success, Gamora makes sure that Peter Quill is off of liquor for good and keeps a limitation on how much of them he drinks while also making sure to drink plenty of water and keep his diet under control. It doesn’t take long before Peter Quill is back in very great shape. Gamora even helps Peter Quill shaves his beard and hair, thereby restoring him to his original appearance. Drax, Mantis, and Groot soon follow this example as does Thor with Loki, Heimdall, Lady Sif, the Warriors Three, Korg, and Miek’s encouragement. Because of this, Peter Quill, Drax, Mantis, Groot, and Thor are able to be back to their normal selves. For the next two months, Thor continues to be King of Asgard with Loki while Peter Quill and Gamora continue to spend time together and do different fun activities together. That entire time, Gamora, Loki, and Heimdall choose to not let their return become public to the other surviving heroes with their return being known only to select few listed with only Valkyrie, Thor, Korg, Miek, and the kingdom of New Asgard in Tonsberg, Norway.
