Hmm, well I have a mixed feelings about this tutorial. I have to admit this will be SUPER helpful to beginner/novice artists to understand about the overall concept of making a good anime/manga art ( somehow I thought it'll be useful for other kinds of artists too. I love how you bring the divine proportion aspect and theory of colors... but still that is something hard to achieve without proper understanding... there are a whole topic just for each, but great to see you compile it in a simple manner.
But hence, I must say, like some people said here, 'beautiful is subjective'. And I am quite irked by thing that you produce art just for collecting 'faves' or attention from people.. some of the way you put it, its like talking to me .. " if you want to create art that many people like , just follow my steps". For me, art should be derived from your soul within, after honing your art skills, you should pursue to find originality... this is why I consider when art is even more beautiful from the usual 'beautiful. If you create successful art, with originality, skills, emotions and soul... believe me, your art will attract people to ponder, to admire and to adore.
Well, I am no pro myself, but hopefully I will reach those target one day.
But still, you did really good job for explaining all of them , where I have to seek the all knowledge slowly all by myself for 10 years, all in one tutorial ><

Hi, thank you for comment.
In many ways I agree with you.
You said:"For me, art should be derived from your soul within",
But you must not forget that this is true, until you draw to yourself. But as soon as you start to paint for others (share on DA), it is necessary that the picture touched their hearts and not your And I think, that number of favs proportional to the number of good emotion from a picture. If I said: "This picture is beautiful", - it's only my subjective opinion. But if 100000 people said: "This pic is beautiful" - it's objective fact.
p.s. I recived many comments about word "beautiful". I'm probably a little understand the meaning of this word - I know english very bad Perhaps it would be better here was to use the word "nice" or "goodly" or "handsome" or something etc

is when you tell: "Wow, this artist is amazing!"...
I meaned that you must like picure, and not artist's skill
ps. Sorry for my english

Very complete!!! Great Job!!! And I like how in your description you referred that the stuff you said was "Incorrect" wasnt set in stone, simply a "rule of thumb" or a "common preference" if you will
Great Job again!!!

It's a guideline to help make the composition for your picture more pleasing to the eye. ~MasterTeacher just overlaid the divine spiral over existing artwork as an example to show how it works in the end product.
