So that's about it for Bugged to Hell. There's unlikely to be any more of it, but the characters may yet live on in the world of Apeman and Monkeyboy – Larry and I have plans for a story involving a troublesome computer malfunction, and Mal, Worm and Trojan could fit into that rather nicely. I'd certainly like to draw them again some day, because they were fun to work with, as were Stan and Devlin (the "admin staff"; Stan is the big pink one, Devlin is the fat orange one). Time will, as ever, tell.

While we're all here, it's worth noting that a number of other DA denizens who entered the contest have uploaded their groovesome comics for your viewing pleasure. A quick search for "Escapist" should turn up the majority of them (remember to click the "Recent" button); of particular note is the tremendously funny and stonkingly well-drawn Manly Guys Doing Manly Things by Coelasquid [link] , which I (and, seemingly, the grand mass of other entrants) was surprised to find wasn't the winner. Do have a look, it's ace.
