I love The Brave Little Toaster to death, best Disney movie hands down... although it is the second darkest Disney movie, but hey, thats why I love it so much

That dubious honor goes to The Black Cauldron. That movie was so dark, no one wanted to see it. When I first saw it, it scarred me for life, especially the demise of The Horned King, who serves as the films primary antagonist. He dies when he starts getting sucked into the titular object, but holds on to the rim in order to keep himself from going in. However-you ready for this?-his flesh melts off as he screams in agony, and his skeleton explodes... You know, for kids! The Black Cauldron cost $25 million dollars to make, but it only earned back $21 million. I would only recommend it if you want a break from Disney's usual talking trees/animals, musical numbers etc... Unless of course you've already seen The Black Cauldron, learned of its failure, have disregarded this reply as trivial, and have gone back to living your live... I'm a motor-mouth aren't I

*facepalm* Why didn't I think of that movie!? I think I tend to forget about that movie being a part of Disney. Probably because it's such a change from your average Disney film. I saw it as a kid, and, amazingly, wasn't the least but scared (and yet a giant blob monster from Johnny Quest terrified me). 
Man, the Horned King is like... the creepiest-looking Disney villain ever.
And here I was thinking about Pinnochio being dark.

The horror 
It's multi-impact humor: first we see a bunch of Decepticons freaked out, then the concern for Octane (who if I recall was almost as bad as Starscream), then the obscenely cute CC popping up and Skywarp's reaction. Brilliance, man

Cobra Commander, the planes, the cross-over, that movie, PRICELESS!!!!
Though I knew that Cobra Commander & Starscream were done by the same voice actor, I never connected the fact that it essentially put a snake in a plane...
