For more Lil Formers head to www.LilFormers.comYes it’s true, Spider-man 4 is cancelled since Sony wouldn’t stop messing with it causing Sam Raimi(director) and Tobey Maguire(Spidey) to quit. Now they are planning to reboot the whole franchise… lame. The first two movies were pretty perfect, so they can’t really ‘bring Spidey back to his roots’ with a reboot like Batman Begins. There’s nothing to fix…they can only destroy. Oh well.
Also, YES, some fools are still trying to make a Spidey musical. It is quite probably the end of days. Somewhere Mephisto is wearing a pair of mouse ears and cackling.

if they really wanna make something fresh, why don't they force their brains to be more creative...?
or why don't just make a sub-plot between 1st or 2nd arc, or something like that without wasting all the hard work on the first 3rd film...???

I don't really know what to think just yet about the reboot. it opens up a lot of new possibilities, and I liked a lot of the sort of cartoons that have peter in this like that spectacular spider man cartoon, or that ultimate spider man game. it all depends on just how they end up pulling this off... -,-

I was never that into Spiderman but I gotta say the recent movies were pretty decent. It would sadden me to see Sony do a rehash of Spiderman from scratch. Such a pity.

well on one hand a reboot in high school could be super lame and have zak efron as peter. but on the other hand venom is alive and not lame. who wins. well actualy no body but damn venom fans if we are lucky.

i really don't know why the hell we need a reboot. the first two films were fantastic. Willem Dafoe was brilliant as norman osborn. so was Alfred Molina as doc ock in the second film. and while the third film had its problems, like totally screwing over venom, it wasn't TERRIBLE. it was passable.
i really didn't even see the need for a 4th movie. because really, people aren't interested in spidy anymore. we want iron man. cap. America. Thor.

Yeah, while the third movie was really weak, it seems much worse compared to the stellar first 2. It's the best the skilled movie makers & actors could do when slapped with being forced to used Venom.

that couldn't be true enough. its sad to, since venom is and was such a powerful villain in spider man. he didn't even use his trademark line: "we are venom!" whenever he was talking about himself, he would always say "i", not "we", like he did in the comics. and, unfortunately, i heard they are doing a spin off movie where he fights carnage. god help us..

I'm personally glad Spider Man 4 is cancelled. The musical has been in the works since before the cancellation was announced, but with how the third movie ended up I didn't really want to see the series continued.

I heard about this! It's very lame as you say. It's not that old of a franchise. I was wanting the next chapter not another rehash of a kid in highschool. There's far too many superheroes there right now...
