I think something like that was in the show too where Ralph had one eye. I can't remember about the weapons part though nor can I remember what happened to Mikey o_O

Wouldn't even touch him for Turtle Soup, I suppose!
I think there was also something like that for Volume 3, when made by Image. Raph was the Shredder, Don lost some body parts, some other crap happened, they decided to retcon it out of the series.

Yep! I remember the Future TMNT! They are actually reprinting those issues in TPB! And they are going to finally publish the last future arc 'Forever War' that got nuked when they canceled the series.
